Walk The Path That Changes You

THIS IS WHERE YOU STOP NAVIGATING ALONE

You Don’t Need To Prove You Belong Here

YOU’VE ALREADY DONE THAT

Most of the people I work with are high-achieving professionals from traditionally marginalized backgrounds who are navigating complex work environments while carrying both visible expectations and invisible pressure.

Many are capable, driven, and often the only one in the room, yet still searching for a space where they can step back, reflect, and strengthen how they lead.

Some are preparing for greater leadership responsibility and want to elevate their executive presence and influence. Others are feeling the effects of burnout after years of navigating systems that weren’t structured for them to thrive.

What they share is a desire to move forward with clarity, confidence, and intention without losing themselves in the process.

The Narrow Gate Is About Intention

GROWTH BEGINS WHEN YOU CHOOSE TO MOVE FORWARD WITH AWARENESS.

For me, The Narrow Gate represents the decision to engage in the deeper work required for meaningful leadership growth. Not surface-level strategies or quick fixes, but honest reflection and a clearer understanding of how environment, behavior, and mindset shape the way you lead.

In our work together, we create space to explore the full picture—what you’re navigating, what may be holding you back, and what it takes to move forward with confidence. My goal is to help you strengthen your leadership presence while standing firmly in your power, sharing your gifts, and knowing you belong. This isn’t about performance. It’s about clarity, courage, and growth that lasts.

This Comes From Experience, Not Theory

Why This Work Matters To Me

I’ve spent more than a decade navigating corporate environments that were not designed with me in mind. That experience came with real challenges, including code-switching, working harder than many of my peers to be considered equally, and carrying the weight of assumptions that weren’t mine to hold. At times, it meant second-guessing my worth and losing my grounding in environments that demanded constant performance.

What helped me succeed wasn’t just strategy. It was support, perspective, and community. That experience shaped how I work today and reinforced my belief that our challenges qualify us to walk alongside others who are navigating similar paths.
